If i roast a conker?!

Question: what would i get if i eat it

Answers: what would i get if i eat it

I assume you mean a horse chestnut.

You would get sick. There's a toxin in them, aesculin, that rat poison is made out of. There's a huge difference between the sweet chestnut and the horse chestnut.

This is a horse-chestnut. Don't eat it.

Tango, a conker is not a chestnut, it is a HORSE chestnut, and not edible.

Conker poisoning. Roast chestnuts instead; not horse chestnuts (conkers).

Lol, thats a horse Chestnut. You need Sweet Chestnuts or Water chestnuts.

Or Paulie Walnuts....

I'm pretty sure it's poisonous - don't do it! I just found this on wikipedia
"The nuts contain high concentrations of a saponin-class toxin called Aesculin, which is toxic to many animals including humans because it causes hemolysis (destruction of red blood cells). The saponin can be eliminated by leaching the pulverized nuts in multiple changes of boiling water, to yield a wholesome starchy porridge once important to some Native American tribes"

Probably death!

I think you would pebble dash the in side of your oven it will probable explode stick to chestnuts on an open fire give a little nick with the end of a knife in the skin first.
