The alcohol will cook off, but you can subsitute red grape juice for Marsala, as it is a sweet wine, if you want to err on the side of caution.

Yes the alcohol will cook out and it dosen't have a strong alcohol taste either.

no the alcohol will cook offff i know i cook with alcohol a lot

Alcohol cooks off. Any cooking wine is fine for alcoholics, children, anyone. You can't get drunk off eating it.

don't worry about it..all the alcohol cooks off..

The alcohol cooks off...but forget about making this dish altogether...it's ingredients may cause the recovering family members unresolved conflict. Try another recipe.

It will cook off, but the guests might object to it anyway. It just hits a little close to home. I would suggest going in a different direction.

Try this sauce...its great. http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/...
The funny part is it calls for white wine vinegar...if you REALLY want to avoid that too, you could always use regular vinegar.

use it the alcohal evaporates anyway
