Can I use both red and white chicken meat for chicken lasagna?!

Question: I'm boiling the chicken now, then I'm removing the meat from the bones and making a cream based sauce of chicke strips and mushrooms, with a bechamel spinache cheesy sauce.. Will the red meat work?

I think you mean white and dark meat from a chicken. Yes you can use all meat on a chicken for a lasagna. Hope you enjoy it and a Happy and blessed Christmas to you.

nothing wrong with. it actually adds favor. you got me hungry.

Mum says 'I suppose so'.

Yes the red meat adds more flavour than the white meat.

No It Does Not Matter What You Put In It.....When We Make Lasagna We Put Beef Instead Of Chicken Because My Dad Does Not Like Chicken

yes,but not together(theres a cross contamination possibility)make a beef lasagne or chick, what your doing now sounds delish!!!

No need to separate dark & white chicken meat ,both together are just wonderful,go ahead & think of me when you realise how great it works .

You can use the Green and Orange meat too.
