Pumpkin Classic all the way. I do like Dutch Apple Pie too but lets save that for picnic time.

Out of that list I'd have to pick pumpkin but as a special treat I usually make a lemon merangue at Christmas. I know it doesn't seem like a winter type dessert but because it is out of the ordinary it seems a bit more special.

Buttermilk!

The best way to eat pie, no matter what kind or when you eat it, is with a fork. So grab a fork and dig in!

It depends where you are. In America (The United States) most people enjoy eating apple pie as a good holiday dessert pie! It's one of my favorites and I know it's others also...you can make/ choose other pies if you want also:

Pumpkin Pie (Classic) Is also very popular people eat it on Christmas, Halloween, and maybe even just every regular day in the winter. I wouldn't choose it because I know many people who don't like this pie and it isn't a very "special" holiday pie.

Dutch Apple Pie - A GREAT choice also, very tasty and very yummy. Many like it and it really has a the 'holiday spirit'!

Pecan Pie, tough one, some people like pecans, many children don't, but adults do enjoy eating pecans. The pie is really good and very tasty also. Pick it if you like!!!

Sweet Potato Pie not a good choice. I wouldn't make, choose it, because it's potatoes, it's filled with calories and it isn't a good dessert or pie. I made this pie once for Christmas and most of my guests didn't like it...
But if you do than great!!

Cherry Pie (Good Ol') It's OK but it has nothing special like the big holiday spirit, wouldn't pick it because it's an everyday pie. As I said if you like it then walla, have fun!!!

Hope I helped,
