Not if you use it right away and everything is thoroughly cooked. And of course, wash hands frequently while cooking. =)

No problem - use it. Cross contamination arises from not cleaning your surfaces and leaving poultry out on the counter and not washing your hands, often, often. You must keep all working surfaces very clean as well as your hands. You are cooking these items at the same time. No problem.
No, no, no. You used it for raw chicken to re-use it would be cross contamination. Throw it out .
