salt, pepper oregano, soy sauce (not too much!), celery, mustard seed, tabasco, coriander, garlic. Any or all. Don't overspice it. Make sure to blend them thoroughly in the meat. Good Luck!
Edit: If you can find "hoisin sauce" I highly recommend it! I made a meatloaf with it, and it was phenominal!

Italian. ;)

garlic, salt, seracha hot sauce, ginger

a little orange zest/peel and honey would be good too

epicurious.com or foodtv.com

Don't forget you also need bread crumbs and an egg to help bind them together. I use seasoned bread crumbs to help distribute the flavor evenly.

well if there teriaki sauce on the side i would use asian inspired spices: green onion, ginger, and garlic

i think that you should try looking it up in italian or chinese/ japanese food books

GINGER, GREEN ONION, anything u like

Hi! I would suggest using nutmeg or allspice. They really bring out the flavor in foods especially in meatballs, patties, etc. Good Luck! =)

garlic, onion, Italian seasoning like oregano
:You shouldn't need much spice if you are going to dip them in teriaki sauce, I think it is pretty spicy.

Easy Meatballs:

Use a standard meatloaf recipe, and shape it into meatballs instead of a loaf. Speaking of spices, use ready-made Italian seasoning mix.

Good Luck

I have read the other suggestions. Honestly, if you don't cook much, keep it simple. Add a bit of salt and pepper to the ground beef, mix it in and then form the meatballs. The sauce will give the flavour. Never mind the eggs and breadcrumbs. It's messy, and if you don't cook much, you will get annoyed. Make small meatballs if you want them to cook quickly. Get the pan hot before you put them in, so they don't stick.

For extra yummy meatballs add some raw oatmeal, say 1/2 cup to 1 lb ground meat. You won't need much spice with the teriyaki sauce so just a bit of fresh ground pepper, garlic, oregano, parsley.
