Hello my friend.
Ingredients:meat kema(beef),egg,flour(maida),salt,nutmeg powder,pepper powder,chilly powder,chop onion,chopchilly,oil.
I make mine by either adding ground pork or ground lamb to the hamburg. The hamburg CANNOT be lean. If it is too lean, then the meatballs will be too dry.I prefer the 70-30% hamburg. The most important 2 ingredients,by my way, are fresh chopped sweet basil and plenty of grated Pecorino Romano cheese.
Cook the meatballs 3/4 done and finish cooking them in the sauce. Add a couple of fresh sweet basil leaves to the sauce.
