Some cumin and garlic powder and sprinkle cheese on top when it's done!

I would add onions, garlic, tomatoes and maybe just maybe some red pepper, for some little bit of spice. Sounds good.

SOME TOMATO PASTE, AND FRY UP SOME FLOUR TORTILLA STRIPS AND ADD CHEDDAR CHEESE WHEN SERVING

I would add garlic, tomato, and a little spice like red pepper.

Add mushrooms, tomato, jalapeno peppers, and some mozzerella or provolone cheese.

My mother in law makes a soup very similar...I would add fesh cilantro, diced onions, and a couple of shakes of hot sauce. Serve it with lemon wedges and tortillas!

3 cloves unbruised garlic - 2 jalapeno peppers de-seeded+ chopped - 1 large red onion chopped -1 red bell pepper de-seeded + chopped - 1 more can tomatoes - 1 bay leaf { remove when done }

add a small can of green chilis {mild}, chili powder, paprika, crushed red pepper, onion, garlic powder, green onions, leeks, cheese, sour cream, so many things, so little time....
