What kind of rice to use for crockpot recipes?!

Question: I've read that it better to use LONG GRAINED CONVERTED RICE or MUNUTE RICE.

I have ENRICHED LONG GRAIN RICE.
Will that work for a crock pot recipe?

I think that Minute Rice would have to be added much less than the final 30 minutes. Long cooking rice can cook longer than that but I would have to consult a crock pot cookbook to get the timing. Sorry I could not be more helpful.

Brown Rice, is the Best. It is so full of fiber.

USE ANY RICE YOU LIKE ,BUT IF YOUR USING MINUTE RICE ! DON'T PUT IT IN UNTIL THE LAST 30-MINUTES OF COOKING !!
