Well, fried alaskan is ice cream with alcohol and fire on top. As far as I know at least, 14 year old boy, don't know much bout that stuff >.<

fried ice cream , thats nice.

I didn't believe it the first time i heard about it...

Here is how it's done - copied from the source

It is commonly made by taking a scoop of ice cream frozen well below the temperature at which ice cream is generally kept, possibly rolling it in egg, then rolling in cornflakes or cookie crumbs—and briefly deep frying. The extremely low temperature of the ice cream prevents it from melting while being fried. It might be sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and a touch of peppermint, though whipped cream may be used as well.

There are several recipes at the food network website( www.foodtv.com) . The main thing to remember is to make your ice cream scoops first and refreeze them until they are super hard. Traditional coating is cornflakes with cinnamon but some recipes call for just plain bread or cookie crumbs. And also, don't forget that ice cream needs to be fried just before serving.

Good Luck!
