Prego is the best one try it !!!!!!!!!!!
fresh tomatos and herbs
cook slowly on low eat so it doesn't scorch
garlic garlic garlic
mushrooms, green peppers, and black calamata olives
Buy a jar of Prego. It is the best and add 1 teaspoon of sugar. I get rave reviews on my pasta. Leave a few tomato skins in the sink and everyone will think you cooked it all day. Get rid of those Prego jars, too!
PREGO is the answer it doesnt even taste like it came from a bottle!
I cook my own pasta sauce, although sometimes, Prego does come in handy. Anyway, if you'd really prefer having to cook your own sauce, a good base tomato sauce is important. I use Hunt's brand with Basil, garlic and oregano. I even add the same variety in tomato paste to add more thickness to my sauce. Worked well all the time. The look on my family's faces makes the extra (loving) effort worthwhile.
There's this one recipe I love to make. It called 'sunset sauce'. You mix regular pasta sauce with whipped cream. Its soo yummie:).
I agree with the others.
Find a Prego sauce or something like it.
It is a good thing to have in your pantry.
