1 teaspoon is 5 ml
1 tablespoon is 15 ml (or 3 teaspoons)
1 tablespoon also equals 1/16 of a cup, or 1/2 fluid oz.

The 14 ml difference is about 0.5 fluid oz, or 1 Tablespoon, but I don't know if you have tools that measure in ounces or tablespoons.

Metric cup = 250 ml, regular 'non-metric' cup = 236 ml

1 cup = 0.944 metric cup.

1 pound = 16 ounces = 0.454 kg

1 ounce = 2 Tbsp

Hope this helps.

Here is something easier than trying to do weights and measures.
It is the one, one, and one method of making flap jacks or as we call them pan cakes
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 baking powder, and a pinch of salt
mix dry ingredients then add wet mix until just nicely incorporated.
Now the beauty of this is you can double or triple it up just remember one, one and one lol
this amount will make two or three med to large size flap jacks each for three people. ( 6 inches roundish)
just fry in a skillet or on a griddle with a bit of butter until top bubbles and starts to look dry then flip and brown, remove top with syrup or jam which ever you like.
PS you can add any small frozen fruit such as blueberries to the batter and this really makes for a tasty pancake
