Pudding Cookie?!
Answers: I'm looking for a recipe that was made with pudding. The cookie is soft.
INSTANT PUDDING COOKIES
1 cup biscuit mix
1 package instant pudding
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
sugar (for dipping)
Combine all ingredients until dough forms a ball and sticks together. Using a teaspoon, shape into dough balls. Place onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Dip the bottom of a glass into white sugar and press the glass onto each mound of cookie dough to flatten.
Bake at 350°F degrees for about 8 minutes.

****PUDDING COOKIES
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (4 oz.) Jello instant pudding,
for low calorie cookies use sugar free Jello instant pudding
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, chopped; optional
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugar, pudding mix, and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. High altitude, bake 9-11 minutes. You can substitute oatmeal for chocolate chips and add 1 cup raisins, or add peanut butter instead of chocolate chips or try something different.
