How can I make a low calorie cheese cake?!

2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
1 (1 ounce) box sugar-free jello
1/2 cup boiling water
Mix the gelatin with the boiling water until dissolved.
Put the cottage cheese in a blender and add the dissolved gelatin to it.
Blend until creamy looking.
Put in container and chill until it firms up!

in whatever cheesecake recipe you use, substitute cream cheese for 1/3 less fat cream cheese - don't use fat free - if it calls for sugar, then use splenda for baking and use half amount called for - if calls for butter in crust, use light, if calls for sour cream, use light - can't really skimp on heavy whipping cream if it calls for that - there are so many different cheesecake recipes, but these tips will help lower the fat and/or calories - you could also try egg beaters instead of eggs I suppose - I've done all the above except for that one......
lo or no fat cream cheese, same with other ingredients like the sour cream. And, use sugar substitute.
