What's the best way to freeze fresh fruits?!

Question: I bought some fresh fruit ( like berries and other small fruit) and I want to know whats the best way to freeze them. Do I just wash and put them in a bag, or is there like a method I should use? How badly will they change also? Im going to be using them throughout the week, but no more than two weeks.

remove stems, wash and blot dry, they don't have to be perfect.

Cover a cookie sheet with plastic wrap, lay the fruit in a single layer, cover with plastic wrap, freeze until firm. Put the fruit into a ziplock freezer bag.

I do it all the time, they make good smoothies but I aside from strawberries and grapes, which are good eats while still frozen, I wouldn't eat say...peaches after they've been frozen, unless in a smoothie or cooked in something.

Fruits I do this with are grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, peaches, pears, pineapple, watermelon, & bananas. You can freeze canned fruit too. Just chop it small and freeze in ice cube trays, transfer to bags, add to smoothies as needed.

i think just freeze them. dont was hthem yet, or they may go mushy (like raspberries)

You should wash them, towel pat them dry, lay them out on a cookie sheet in an even layer, freeze them on the cookie sheet, then throw them in some freezer baggies and you are good to go!
