What can I baste a pork loin roast with?!

Question: I'm cooking a large pork loin for our family gathering. I want something tart/sweet to baste the loin with. I'm slicing and making it go in a circle so I can put stuffing in the middle and I want to use something good to put over it.

apple juice
Riesling - or other white wine
Cranberry juice
cherry pie filling
dark beer and brown sugar
orange juice
chicken stock

Teriaki (sp) sauce.

Balsamic vinegar or honey mustard

Apple juice is always a good liquid to baste pork with - apple cider would work as well.

brown sugar it when 1st put in the oven , then use marachino cherry juice to 1/2 part lemon juice for the baste

you can baste it with the juices that come off of it

MAN JUICE

Try a mixture of half apple juice and dry white wine. Sprinke; onion, celery, lemons, carrots, and orange in the bottom of the pan. The dressing you are putting in the center will help keep it moist also. Good luck!
