How do you make that toast/eggs thing that they make in V for Vendetta?!
Answers: It looks tastey
That sounds like British food, we French know that we have the best food in the world, which means that we do not have to eat. You should try having a typical French breakfast: a cigarette.
I haven't seen the movie, but the only toast egg thing I can think of I will tell you.
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Take out the center of a piece of bread, about the size around of the fat end of the egg. Put bread in pan, crack an egg into the hole. Cook until golden brown on one side. If you like it extra buttery crispy, add another dab of butter when you flip it over. Cook until other side is golden, and white of egg is fully cooked.
I grew up calling them "toad in a hole" but then again, I'm from West Virginia.lol Anyway, use a round biscuit/cookie cutter to cut center out of bread. Over medium heat place a pat of butter in pan and let melt. Once melted, lay 1 piece of bread in pan and then crack an egg into the center of the bread where the hole is. Once egg has set enough to turn, lift with spatula and add another pat of butter, swish around pan and flip the toast to cook other side. If your pan is big enough, you can toast the circles you have cut out the same way while cooking the egg part. If not, just do them after the eggs are done. Really easy and very good! Enjoy!
That sounds like a 'Toad in the Hole'. Take a slice of bread, and cut a whole in the middle of it. Spread softened butter on both sides, start cooking in a fry pan, break an egg into it. Let it cook, and flip to cook the other side. You cook it in the same manner as you would cook a grilled cheese sandwich.
