Pie?!? Which?!

Question: Which type of filling do you prefer? What about the crust? Should it have pastry on the bottom or just have a top crust? Sweet or Savoury?

I'm not a big fan of pastry crust most of the time so I don't like top crusts very much.

I just adore Steak & Ale/Guiness pie, with Shortcrust pastry, it has to be a 'full pastry pie' or it isn't a real pie.
