What can I make with left over standing rib roast?!

Question: Slice it thin as you can for some awesome french dip sandwiches. Just dip the slices in simmering au jus to re-warm it. Add a slice of swiss cheese if you want and put it on a toasted sub roll. Use the rest of the au jus for dipping.
