I buy bags of onions, grate them all and freeze them for cooking later. I also buy blocks of cheese when they go on sale and do the same thing. If you do large items, they're a real time saver later on. They are also great for making coleslaw, saves all that shredding time. Cleanup is quick, just a rinse under the tap and you're good to go.

It saves a lot of chopping, like if you want turkey salad sandwiches with leftovers you can put the turkey in and celery or onion or whatever and mix it up add some mayo or salad dressing, better than the canned turkey.

Hummus, because home made is best. The Internet has many recipes.

I use mine for salsa, pesto, tortilla dough, grinding nuts, and flavored oils. With the attachments I've made pasta, sausages, and I shred my own cheese from blocks. If my processor died today, I'd have another one by the end of the day.

I made cookies with mine. Sure is quick

everything! you can grate food, chop veggies, shred salad, make soup.... I never use my blender anymore

hmm..i use mine if im lazy for chopping and dicing some veggies lol and its relli good for making humus..i love dipping it in crunchy pita bread.shredding and grating cheeses..i use it alot for mixing and kneading dough its much faster and easier

save all the wrappings and ask for a copy of the sales receipt..
BECAUSE
I used mine ( I bought it) as a tax deduction..
They take up storage space,, too much time to set up,, they are a clean up mess,,, then back to storage...
We been using knives for a million years,.
Unless your running a soup kitchen,, they are nonsense..

great question. i just got one as well. the brochure inside has many recipes :) u can use them for hummus, salsa, avocado dishes and dips, soups, chopping veggies.
