Tasty and healthy breakfast ideas to keep me full?!

Question: I usually eat breakfast around 7:30 and I'll have a Nutra Grain bar, water, and a piece of fruit (usually an apple)..This obviously does not tie me over until lunch time (2:00)..
I don't care for cereal but I am looking for a healthy and filling breakfast.
Any ideas?
Thanks :)

mmm peanut butter toast with a banana on it cut up like a sandwich... not your taste? How about some yogurt and toast with some berries or other fruit. That's still a long time until lunch though. The Nutragrain you're eating is mostly sugar and doesn't have enough fiber or protein to keep ya going.

2 packets of instant oatmeal ! or maybe 3 [;
that always helps me throught until lunch.

Try to get some protein with breakfast. It could be as simple as peanut butter toast or an egg.

It really helps.

Firstly, oat cereal with a glass of choco/high calcium milk, then a plate of ommellete and one becken or hotdog.
one tuna sandwich .or u can choose change to porridge if u dont want tuna sandwich.

I eat 2 hard boiled eggs,a yogurt, toast & a glass of milk. I have to eat.

Cook up some oatmeal and dress it up with:
chopped walnuts
raisins
sliced bananas
brown sugar
whole milk
and eat your apple.
I'd add a hot beverage like tea, broth, or cider to help aid digestion. Enjoy!

Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal.
An Egg w/ a slice of whole wheat toast & margarine.
A Wheat Bagel with Cream Cheese.
Or you can still have what you eat for breakfast and just bring along some trail mix or nuts with you to snack during school.
