What do peoplef differnat cultures cook for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners???!

Question: My decendants are from germany, Norway, Finland, Sweden and England, but my Mom and Dad wer heavy into Mormonism, so we ate lots of Jell-o for Thanksgiving dinner, and eggnog with sprite in it, sounds weird, but its good. Never hear dof sweet potatoe pie until the Army moved me down south, so what do ya'all have culturally or otherwise for thanksgiving or christmas dinner's.

well, I'm polish and we have the usual turkey and ham for those holidays.
However, on Easter we have all polish food. Keilbasa, stuffed cabbage, homemade perogi (so so so amazing when they're homemade), polish breads, chrusciki and little donuts for dessert...mmmm doesn't that make you hungry?! :)
