Red Lobster Shrimp Pasta
1/3 C. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and remove tails
2/3 C. clam juice or chicken broth
1/3 C. dry white wine
1 C. heavy cream
1/2 C. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. each lemon juice and chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. each dried basil leaves and dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 package linguine pasta (8 ounces) cooked and drained
Methods/steps
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; reduce heat to low. Simmer until garlic is tender. Add shrimp in same skillet and cook over medium-low heat until opaque. Remove; reserve liquid in pan. Add clam
juice (I use the chicken broth when I'm out of clam juice); bring to a boil. Add wine; cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; add cream, stirring constantly. Add cheese; stir until
smooth. Cook until thickened.
Add shrimp to sauce. Heat through. Add remaining except linguine. Pour over linguine in large bowl; toss gently to coat. Serve with additional grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Makes 6 servings.

No, just get some alfredo and mix it in it is the best.
this is my shrimp scampi for 2 :)
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp olive oil
20 -medium sized shrimp, cooked or uncooked, with the tails ON (it's important to leave the tails on, because with the tails off, the shrimp will shrink when they cook)
4 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 red pepper, cleaned and diced
and sometimes I add asparagus as well
salt and pepper
1/4 cup white wine
1 lb pasta or 2 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp dried parsley (or a small handful fresh chopped)
Heat your oils in the pan until warm. add the garlic and pepper. saute on low until the pepper is cooked. if the shrimp are uncooked add the wine and the shrimp and saute till the shrimp are pink.
if the shrimp are cooked just add the wine ONLY and saute for 10 minutes. Then turn the stove off and add the shrimp, toss to warm them up. Stir in the parsley.
Serve over your pasta or rice with grated cheese...yum!
Shrimp curry is delicious.
Cook onion, green peppers and other veggies you think would taste good. Put about 1-2 cans of tomatoes in with the veg. along with some spices like curry powder and garlic. Once it is all really juicy add the shrimp for just a couple of minutes and then serve with rice. It is delicious!! I made up the recipe so I don't really have how much of everything you should use. Look online for curry recipes and just adapt to fit your taste.

2. Cooking Directions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. In a food processor, combine half of the shrimp with the butter and process until pureed.
In a large bowl, toss the rest of the shrimp with the water chestnuts, scallions, wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and sugar. Blend in the shrimp butter. Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the shrimp mixture on each baguette slice.
In a large skillet, heat 1/8 inch of vegetable oil until shimmering. Put the sesame seeds in a small bowl. Dip each shrimp toast in the sesame seeds to coat the shrimp mixture. Fry about 8 toasts at a time over moderately high heat, shrimp side down, until the shrimp mixture turns pink, about 25 seconds. Using tongs, transfer the toasts to a large rimmed baking sheet, shrimp side up. Repeat with the remaining toasts, adding more vegetable oil to the pan as needed. Bake the toasts for about 5 minutes, or until the shrimp mixture is cooked through. Serve right away.

SAUTEED SHRIMP OVER ARUGULA WITH AVOCADO VINAIGRETTE
2 shallots, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
6 tablespoons avocado oil plus extra for cooking
Salt and pepper to taste
8 15/lb shrimp
Paprika, as needed
3 oz baby arugula
Mince the shallots and mix with the lemon juice in a stainless steel bowl. Slowly drizzle in the avocado oil while constantly whisking. Add salt and pepper. Set the dressing aside. Peel, clean, and rinse the shrimp and then pat them dry. Start heating up a skillet. Toss the shrimp in a bowl with one tablespoon of the vinaigrette, salt, pepper and paprika. Sauté the shrimp in some avocado oil until just browned on each side. Set aside two spoonfuls of the vinaigrette and then mix the larger amount with the arugula. Place half of the arugula in the center of two plates, forming a round mound. Place four shrimp around each mound. Drizzle the reserved vinaigrette over each shrimp.

Fresh or frozen shrimp. Peel and devein. Melt some real butter in a baking pan in the oven. After it's melted, arrange the shrimp in rows, until the pan is full.Make sure it's plenty buttery. Then hit them heavy with garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. If ya can't handle it,then back off the cayenne a little. Warm up the broiler, and slide them in about 8'' down from the broiler. Watch them, and when they brown up enough, they are done. It doesn't take very long at all. They are delicious.
