Do you like my chicken soup?!

Question: I just came up with the recipe today because my family is sick. Tell me what you think of it:

I bought a rotisserie chicken from Albertson's. I pulled all of the meat I could off of this. See if your grocery store has this. If not, improvise with left overs.

2 boxes chicken broth
3 carrots shredded
3 celery slices
3 red baby potatoes diced
2 tomatoes dices
1 onion diced
1 bell pepper diced
4 cloves of crushed garlic
salt to taste

Remember the smaller your cuts of veggies the shorter the cooking time.

I sliced and diced and boiled the broth and veggies while I shredded the chicken, then I simmered until veggies were tender.

Remember to taste and stir several times during cooking because the potatoes will soak up a lot of the salt.

yessssssssss

I can't tell you unless I try some.

tasteless here...

yess thats good

no it taste good

mmmmmmmmmm...... ya

its amazing

Sounds good

Yeah!

best i have ever tasted

im going to make that more often thank you

made me hungry =)

sounds pretty good except for the tomatoes.
and it matters what color the bell pepper is.
as long as its a red or yellow it should be good. they have a sweeter flavor.

need some thyme, onion, black pepper and spicy pepper

i like it but you need 2 put seanoning in it like parsily, adobo it is the maine seasoning u should use take out the garlic because it probabkly be 2 strong that u cant really taste thesoup salt black pepper whole oregano and some paricka and put some patoes in there and if u want u can put some crushed red peppers 2 spice it up a bit

Actually it sounds really good.. but are you not into adding tiny chunks of chicken?
Anyway, it sounds delicious.. don't forget a pinch of pepper! You don't need the salt because Chicken Broth itself is very salty. =)

It honestly doesn't do anything for me.
In a short period of time those potatoes will turn to mushso you won't be able to hold this soup.
It also need aromatics like rosemary and/or thyme.
The rule on sizes for soup veggies is that they be cut small enough to fit on a soup spoon .

mmmmm, maybe....i have to taste it but it sounds great. NICE RECIPE!!! ?_~......?_~

Sounds very tasty & nourishing. Soup is great, I love it anytime. I think perhaps maybe you should give this soup your own name because it is your creation. It really isn't a traditional chicken soup, but it is a really good vegetable soup in chicken broth with whole chicken pieces in it.
A good start to encouraging someone's appetite when they have been sick.

sounds delicious
