How do you make choclate chip cookies?!

Question: 3/4 cup of white sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar
3/4 cup of butter
Cream the above together
add in 2 eggs
tsp of baking soda mixed with one tsp of water
tsp of vanilla
1/4 tsp of salt
chocolate chips (I never measure )
2 1/4 cups of flour

I always line my sheets with parchment paper, I bake with at least 4 cookies sheets, 2 in baking and 2 out loaded up. That way I am never loading up HOT baking sheets. I bake my cookies in a 325 degree oven, no matter that the recipe temp may call for a higher temp. I rotate my cookies sheets 1/2 through baking 180 degrees and switch the top sheet with the bottom. After removing from the oven I immediately remove the cookies and let them cool on cookies racks.

These are still the best chocolate chip cookies - I bake mine for the least amount of time so that they are soft and chewy.
