Answers: I'm having a dinner party with friends. Thankfully, this time I'm not cooking (I did a great deal of that over Christmas!). I believe that we are having roast beef.

I am invited out for New Year's Eve and again on New Year's Day.
For me? Everything will be perfect.

Black eye peas, cabbage, and corn bread.
My hubby does most of the cooking (he's a chef) but he'll make something easy like curry so he is not tied to the stove all night.
Lasagna, salad, and garlic bread
Corned beef, cabbage and red potatoes, of course! And it's good luck to eat creamed herring on New Year's Day!
Ham, collard greens, black-eyed peas, rice & corn bread. Yuuuum-yum!
