Question: CREAM CHEESE SALSA DIP
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
BEAT cream cheese with electric mixer until creamy.
ADD salsa; mix until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
SPRINKLE with cilantro. Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables or tortilla chips.

Velveeta Salsa Dip

Ingredients
1 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized prepared Cheese Product cut up.
1 cup Taco Bell Thick-N-chunky Salsa

Preparation
MIX Velveeta and salsa in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes

SERVE hot with toasted chips, assorted cut-up fresh veggies, or tortilla chips.
Makes 2-1/2 cups or 20 servings, 2 Tbsp each

OR....

Creamy Salsa Dip
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) bottle chunky salsa
2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages lipton dried vegetable soup mix (crushed)
Mix all ingredients, place in refrig. overnight.

OR...
Creamy Salsa Dip
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa-I use chunky
1 envelope Good Seasons Ranch salad dressing mix

Mix well and chill. Good with tortilla chips and raw veggies.

use soft cream cheese and your favorite salsa, take the cream cheese out of package and mix in a bowl till creamy and mix in salsa
