I would like to cook some vegetables but then use some type of dressing on them. What would you suggest?!

1 lb. broccoli florets
1 lb. cauliflower florets
1/2 lb. green beans, ends trimmed
1 large red pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
ADD broccoli, cauliflower and beans to rapidly boiling water in large saucepan. Cook 2 min. or until vegetables are bright in color and still crisp. Do not overcook. Drain immediately; rinse with very cold water. Drain well.
PLACE vegetable mixture in large serving bowl. Add pepper strips; cover. Refrigerate.
TOSS vegetables with dressing and cheese just before serving.

Just saute some garlic in olive oil. Pour over vegetables.

Blanche some green beans, any variety, and then drizzle a little itailan dressing on them. Oil and vinegar works well too.

Cook carrots w/ ranch!! original and yummy!

Lemon Herb Sauce
3 TBSP melted margarine
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp bread crumbs
Stir and spoon over cooked broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc.

Roux Sauce( that's what I call it) for my cooked vegetables
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp chicken soup base powder for flavor
1 1/2 cup or little more of water can be added after heating in microwave to thin sauce
Stir all ingredients until smooth and cover with Saran
Heat in microwave oven for 2 minutes until thickened and remove
Stir again. Spoon over preferred cooked vegetables
