for breakfast spray a pan with fat free cooking spray the cook sone onions, red cabbage, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, etcc.. then add some egg whites. you can substitute eggs whites with tofu and curry. its really good.

for lunch turkey on two pieces of light wheat bread and sauteed veggies is good wit carrots and fat free sour cream.

for dinner lentils with lots of veggies is good and yogurt for dessert.

Fresh fruits, raw vegetables, water and lots of love...

breakfast
total whole grain cereal w/ banana and milk glass of oj or water take a multivitamin

lunch
tuna w/ 1tbs of light miracle whip relish celery and diced apples stuffed in a whole grain low carb, calorie and fat pita pocket w/ lettuce and/or cucumber slices
serve with fruit and veges and maybe a digestive health yogurt beverage water

supper
whole grain low carb, fat and calorie wrap or tortilla shell, fat free or vegetarian refried beans, cheese flavored veggie shreds and whole grain spanish fried rice- add fat free sourcream and roll it up beverage water


you must several small meals a day and drink water before every meal and through out the day. Try to aim for double the fruits and veges required. No red meat and other meat rarely try to eat beans in substitution. Good Luck on eating healthy
