Does anyone have an idea on how to make restaurant style boneless buffalo wings?!

Question: I've tried all kinds of home recipes that I've made but I can seem to replicate the boneless buffalo wings like those at Applebees or Fridays, or places like that.
Does anyone have a recipe/tips?

get boneless skin less chicken breast and slice it up or you can just get chicken tenderloin youll need about 4 pnds of it
3 cups flour
2 /12 tsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp cayene pepper
2 cups milk
mix dry ingrediant togather
then dip chicken into flour mixture then dip into milk then flour then milk again and flour one last time then let it set in the fridge for a few minutes to let the flour get really stuck on the chicken
fry in any oil you prefer till cooked

dipping sauce
8 oz tabasco sauce
5 tbsp brown surgar
4 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp butter mix all togather bring to a boil for a few min then serve

this is how dennys does it[lol]. they fry the chicken, and then toss it in the buffalo sauce mix. the mix is basically something like franks red hot mixed with butter. they serve it with celery
