any kind of cooked eggs, cooked grain cooked oatmeal, grapenuts, fresh nuts, cold fresh fruits or veggies, yogurt, smoothies, peanut butter sandwiches-no jelly, but raisins or bananas.
fruit juice or sliced fruit in jello, plain popcorn, low-sodium soup, anything vegetarian.

I love eating fruit bowls for either breakfast of a snack. Just chop an apple, some strawbarries, bananas, really whatever fruit you like. My brother like to drizzle honey over it. it is so good. maybe even add some almonds. very delicious and healthy
