How do i thicken an icing/frosting without using powdered sugar?!
Answers: i'm making banana frosting and it's just way too sweet, i can't add sugar! how can i thicken the frosting without adding sugar? what can i use that won't ruin the flavor?
Try unflavored gelatin, if you don;t have that maybe some corn starch. Use it sparingly though or will get too stiff.
Try more cream cheese or sour cream.
