Gravy is always good. Use some of the drippings and add some flour to make a roux. Let it get a light brown and add some Milk (if you want cream gravy) or some stock, beef or chicken. Cook down to desired consistency, usually the consistency of heavy cream (It should coat the back of a spoon) also add salt and pepper. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice. I think your question is what is nice ON or WITH fried chicken? You can dip the chicken in the gravy too! Good luck!

the best is to fry in a small amount of oil ,-the gizzards,neck,and wing tips ,to get the good fat , remove the boney part's ,break down the meaty, add some flour and build a rouge, then add some water, or milk -even white wine to make the gravey ( before you do this let the flour cook to a lite brown and add black pepper ,i like alot !) then just simmer to boil and remove from heat ! serve on or as a side !

Kethcup is the best on fried chicken. I've tried gravy and it didn't taste right.
