Breakfast Recipe
16 slices white bread, crust removed
16 slices back bacon
16 slices old cheddar
6 eggs

In a 9x13" buttered glass dish, put 8 slices bread (add pieces to cover dish entirely) Cover bread with bacon, add cheese then cover with remaining bread slices to make a sandwich effect. Beat eggs, salt & pepper and add mustard, onion, green pepper, worcester sauce, milk and Tabasco. Pour over sandwiches. Cover and let stand in fridge overnight. In the morning, melt butter and pour over top. Cover with crushed cornflakes. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour at 350. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.

Sausage Breakfast Casserole

1 lb. breakfast sausage, browned and crumbled (chopped ham is good, too)
12 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tsp. salt
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. dry mustard
6 cups cubed, stale French or Sourdough Bread

Place cooked sausage on the bottom of a greased 9" x 13" baking dish. Add bread evenly on top. Beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over sausage and bread. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking, press bread down gently into casserole dish. Bake 350o for 50 minutes or until light golden brown and set in center. Serves 8.

I enjoy my breakfast burrito's/taco's. I always have grilled steak, cooked bacon/sausage chopped and frozen into small portions to fill my breakfast burrito needs. I scramble some eggs with bell pepper, onions, pepper, minced garlic and sometimes dill. throw it all into a flour tortilla and tp it off with shredded cheese and tabasco/salsa and you have a breakfast that took less than 7 minutes from start to finish.

omelette then put anything u want then ull have a food pyramid already u can put spinach or beef or mushrooms it just depends on you

Make an omelet and put every leftover food from the frig. in it.

clean and chop potatoes-I leave the skin on
season with season salt, garlic powder, onion powder (or add chopped onions) and pepper
Chop tomatoes, jalapenos, onions add to potatoes
Add cooked bacon, sausage- whatever you like
Put eggs in blender with a little salt and milk (the milk makes the eggs go farther, and makes them fluffier)
When tomatoes, jalapenos and onion are done add eggs over the top, stirring until done.
When almost set, turn off and put shredded cheese on top, then put a lid on it and leave it for about 5 minutes
Eat with corn or flour tortillas
Hint: deseed and devein the jalapenos- it will take all the hot out and just add flavor, then serve your favorite salsa on the side
Dang- I am going to cook this right now, it made me hungry!!

egg omelet. you can throw whatever you want in it and it comes out good as long as you add cheese.
