Death By Chocolate Upside Down Cake
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 package German chocolate cake mix
1-1/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
3-1/2 cups (about 1 lb) powdered sugar
1 cup margarine, melted
8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4-1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 Grease 13 x 9 inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut and pecans evenly over bottom of
greased pan.
In large bowl mix cake mix, oil, water & eggs at a low
speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
Spoon batter evenly over coconut & pecans.
Frosting
In another large bowl combine powdered sugar,
margarine and cream cheese. Beat until smooth and
creamy. Spoon evenly over batter to within 1" of
edges.
Bake at 375F 40-50 minutes or until tests done.
Death By Chocolate Almond Joy Cake
Ingredients
1 18.5 pkg devils food cake mix
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
2 1/2 cups sugar
25 Large marshmallows
14 oz flaked coconut
1/2 cup butter
2 cups of semi sweet chocolate chips
3 oz almonds (no salt)
1. Mix & bake cake according to package directions in a 13 x 9 or
next size bigger.
2. In sauce pan combine ? can of milk and 1? cups of sugar bring mix
to rapid boil quickly remove from heat and add marshmallows. Stir until
melted. Stir in coconut. Pour over top of cake.
3. In sauce pan mix the remaining sugar & milk bring to a rapid boil
remove from heat and stir in butter, chocolate chips until melted. Stir
in Almonds and pour over cake chill for at least two hours or over
night. It is recommended that to chill for two hours after every step.
An eggless one with a deep chocolate flavour and one bowl mixing:
Heat oven to 350 F Pan size: 13x9x2
Crazy Cake
In a large bowl, stir together until evenly coloured:
3 C. flour 8Tblsps. cocoa powder
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder 2C. sugar
Add:
9 Tblsps. vegetable oil OR melted shortening
2 Tblsps. white vinegar
2 tsps. vanilla
2 C. cold water
Mix thoroughly and pour into pan. Bake 30-35 minutes and use a pick to check for doneness in centre.
Cool and frost as desired... or not.
If you want, stir in 1C. chocolate chips, nuts, or a combination of the two.

Chocolate Picnic Cake
2 squares ( 1oz each ) unsweetend chocolate
1-1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup cold water
1/3 cup oil
6 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
In a mocrowave, melt chocolate, cool for 10 minutes. Combine flour, baking soda and salt and set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat the egg and sugar, beat in the water and oil. Stir in melted chocolate and dry ingredients, mix until blended. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350* for 32 to 38 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Your fav choc cake mix, make to directions, but add a can of wilderness pie cherry filling- makes an awesome moist cake, and easier than mixing all that stuff!
