Hmmm...

Just a suggestion, but skewer the shrimp and coat them in oil (olive is nice). Mix unseasoned breadcrumbs with lemon pepper seasoning to taste - yes, taste the breading before you use it. Coat the oiled shrimp in the crumbs, place on broiler pan and broil at about 6 inches from the broiler for about 5 minutes, turning halfway. They are done when pink. I'm not confident of the time to cook, so keep a close eye on it.

I usually grill my shrimp, so if you want to grill this, omit the breadcrumbs and simply oil the shrimp and sprinkle the lemon-pepper seasoning over it. Place on hot grill for about 5 minutes, turning once half-way through. You'll know they are done when they turn pink.

Good luck!

:o)

Try this, it's easy.
1/4 c. white wine (something dry)
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
heaping tsp. lemon pepper

whisk em up, brush em on, grill them shrimps!
