What can I use as a substitute for a pastry bag? Wanting to make churros but don't have a pastry bag.?!

A sturdy plastic bag, like a Ziploc freezer bag. Fill it, seal it, then clip off a corner. Squish it to pipe out dough.

Use a Glad Zip Lock Bag!

These posts are correct. Alton Brown on Food Network prides his thrifty ways and this Ziploc technique is one of his favorites. You also dispose of the bag when done and there is no messy cleanup.
