What's your favorite addition to peanut butter and jelly sandwiches?!
I like my with toasted bread and twice as much PB than grape jelly. Plus, a BIG glass of cold milk. YUM!
Answers: I heard of goldfish crackers in the sandwich. NASTY! Anyone else got some other ideas?

I really don`t think it can get any better then toasted bread and twice as much PB then grape jelly , But the jelly has to be grape. OMG that sounds really tasty,I think I willgo make one.
hazelnut spread! YUMMY! Mmmmm.....
BANANAS...
boot the jelly and put honey, bananas or kick both and put cream cheese
banana and mayonaise. Seriously.
Also, I use any jelly that is avaible: grape, strawberry, marmalade, etc.
I like chunky peanut butter with sliced green olives (the kind of olives with pimentos), and no jelly. Sounds gross, but the sweetness of the pb goes great with the tartness of the olives.
If I don't have any green olives on hand, I like peanut butter (of any consistency) and honey sandwiches-- the honey sometimes reacts with the peanut butter, and where the honey and the peanut butter touch it gets really crunchy.
For breakfast, nothing beats peanut butter toast (no butter).
Nothing. I think they are perfect the way they are. However stuff on the side is always yummy. But, a couple things you may wish to add, raisins, bananas, apples, just about any thin sliced fruit!
marshmellows!!!!
Peanut butter and jelly and fish.
I like to put bacon in my PB&j's.
PB&J with Jalapenos and a cold beer.

French Toasted PBJ sandwiches:
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 dash vanilla extract
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 slices bread
1 small banana, sliced
2 tablespoons butter
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, lightly beat the egg and vanilla together.
Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on top of each slice of bread. Place the banana slices on top of one of the slices of bread. Place the other slice of bread on top of the first, to make a peanut butter and banana sandwich.
In a skillet or frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture and place in the heated skillet. Cook until brown on both sides. Serve hot.
ADD: chocolate sauce, jelly or honey/syrup on the top
You already have the recipe I use, toasted, 2x as much PB than grape jelly, and milk. Its like you read my mind when you asked this "?".
Bananas or Strawberries are good. But with strawberries you gotta use some strawberry jam. Or something that's really good is if you take a marshmellow, soak it in some cherry or orange flavored brandy, toast the marshmellow, and stick it inbetween the peanut butter and jelly, on some nice toasted bread.
potato chips are good on PB&J. Also, I like PB and marshmallow fluff sandwiches.
marshamallow cream, or bananas.
