The directions are on the Shake 'n Bake package. I don't use it because it isn't the healthiest thing, but back when I did, all we did was moisten the chops, and shake each individually in the plastic bag with the crumbs. Put in a baking pan and bake at 350 deg. F. It's probably about 45 mins. But read the package. Don't ever reuse any leftover crumbs.

best way is to fry throw away shake and bake

Put them in the oven at 350 and should be done in around 45 minutes... enjoy

We like shake and bake. I follow the directions on the package all the time and they are just fine.

Basil Tomato Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS

* 2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES? Butter
* 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
* 8 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
* 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained, cut up
* 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon pepper
* 1/2 cup water
* 3 tablespoons cornstarch
* 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into rings
* 1 medium onion, cut into rings
DIRECTIONS

1. Melt butter in 4-quart saucepan until sizzling; stir in garlic. Add 4 pork chops. Cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until browned on both sides (4 to 6 minutes). Remove from pan; set aside. Repeat with remaining pork chops.
2. Return pork chops to pan. Stir in tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil (3 to 4 minutes). Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, until pork chops are no longer pink (50 to 60 minutes). Remove pork chops; keep warm.
3. Stir together water and cornstarch in small bowl. Stir cornstarch mixture into hot tomato mixture in pan with wire whisk. Add green pepper and onion.
4. Increase heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened and vegetables are crisply tender (5 to 6 minutes). Serve sauce over pork chops.
Microwave Directions

Melt butter in 13x9-inch baking dish on HIGH (40 to 50 seconds). Stir in garlic; add pork chops. Stir together all remaining ingredients except water, cornstarch, green pepper and onion in medium bowl. Pour over pork chops. Cover; microwave on HIGH, rearranging pork chops after half the time, until pork chops are no longer pink (25 to 35 minutes). Remove pork chops; keep warm. Stir together water and cornstarch in small bowl. Stir cornstarch mixture into hot liquid with wire whisk; add green pepper and onion. Microwave on HIGH, stirring twice, until thickened and vegetables are crisply tender (4 to 5 minutes). Serve sauce over pork chops.

Shake n' bake sucks, pan fry them in olive oil and throw a good seasoning salt on both sides. The olive oil is better for you than the breadding, and if you don't get really thick chops this is also much quicker.

I do Shake 'n Bake with either the crispy style or spicy. If they're boneless, it's done in 15 minutes.

Dump the shake and bake! take the pork chops and on medium heat and a little olive oil sear the chops 3- 4 minutes on each side... then add 1 cup chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes to make the most tender and moist chops you ever ate. Now you can make gravy if you want or just pour the left over juice over the chops that are sitting on top of noodles or rice or mashed potatoes...
