Here are some great ideas!

Bear Meatloaf

2 lb ground bear meat
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 cup onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped,
I also add 1 small can of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms.
Bake at 350 until done (about an hour).
When it looks close to being done, maybe 15 minutes,
spread either BBQ sauce or ketchup over the top.

Bear Roast

3-4 lbs bear roast or rump roast, thin fat to 1/2 inch
1 1/2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
2 small onions, chopped
1/2 stalk celery & leaves
1/2 teaspoon sage
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon savory
2 cups beef stock
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
2. Cut deep slits in top of roast and insert garlic slices.
3. Salt and pepper the meat well.
4. Lay a few fat slices under the roast, put it in preheated oven, and roast 20 minutes or so until the fat browns.
5. Turn the heat down to 300-325 degrees and roast about 2 1/2 hours.
6. When done, remove roast and the fat cracklings to a hot pan or platter.
7. Gravy: Retain 2-3 tablespoons of fat in the roasting pan with the drippings and in it saute the finely chopped onions and celery.
8. Stir in the flour and herbs.
9. Stir on a low flame until thickens, stir in the herbs.
10. Add Worcestershire sauce.

Braised Bear

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 dash black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
4 each onions sliced
2 cans soup, tomato
3 pounds bear steak

Marinate bear steak overnight.
Dry and sear on both sides in hot cooking oil or
bacon grease.
Add garlic salt, onion salt, pepper and chili powder.
Cover and simmer for 2 to 3 hours, until tender.
Add: onions and soup.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes more.

That's weird. I've never heard of people eating bears...

but you could look up some recipes on the internet.

could you not kill the bears please:(
