Yummy Cupcakes?!

Question: I can't find good cupcakes to make! It can't be a cupcake that has decorations for kids becuase I'm giving them to ppl about 15 yrs old. It needs to taste extremely good, but it can't have too many ingredients like 2 sticks of butter or like 3 cups of sugar. Please list a website if you can find one. Thank You!

I just gave this answer to someone else. Here's an easy recipe. Red Velvet Cupcakes are EXTREMELY popular right now...many bakeries in NYC & LA carry them.

Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting.

EASY RED VELVET CUPCAKES

1 (3.5 ounce) package non-instant chocolate pudding mix
red food coloring, as desired
1/2 cup buttermilk

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Prepare cake according to package directions, substituting half of the water called for with buttermilk (approximately 1/2 cup). Stir in pudding mix and food coloring.
Pour into lined cupcake tins and bake according to package directions.

EASY CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

4 tablespoons butter, softened
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons warm water
finely chopped pecans or coconut for topping, optional

Honestly you wouldn't go wrong with Duncan Hines. It is soo Moist and delicious. I know its not homemade but it is the closest to it. My Aunt does wedding cakes and uses Duncan Hines, she may add a secret ingredient, I don't know, but she is known for her cakes. Only I know her Duncan Hines secret!! Good Luck..... 15 year olds will love anything too. Give them a variety of Chocolate and Vanilla....
