We just bought frozen....?!


Question: fillet Mignon and its already wrapped in bacon...
should i just pop it into the oven or does anyone have a recipe to really make the flavors come to life?

First defrost them. Season them with steak seasonings on both sides. In a skillet, sear them in oil on both sides, this locks in the flavor.. Bake in the oven on 375 until desired doneness. Happy New Year!

I've always barbequed those so I don't know. I guess you could season them after they are cooked with whatever you like. You can't rub seasonings into frozen meat very easily.

After you defrost it i would throw some salt and pepper on it and sear it on the bbq or the stove tope

We always grill ours.
