Chicken. Add chicken pieces to a oven safe dish (only steel handles-no wood or plastic). In a bowl add one can of mushroom soup and one can of water-stir the water and soup together, add some pepper and onion powder or dehydrated onions to this. Pour over the chicken and cook in the oven for 1 hour on 325 degree oven. Take the chicken pan out of the oven carefully with pot holders. If you have some potatos, take each potato and spear it a couple of times with a fork. Put these on the rack next to the chicken in the pan and let them bake. Your family will be proud of you!
make pasta with a lot of vegetables :) its simple, you just need to cut up the vegetables and stuff.
Macaroni and cheese. The only thing that you may have to cut is the sauce packet and the cardboard box.
Soup and sandwiches? Grilled cheese or tuna fish sandwiches?
Since we don't know what you have available to make your meal, here are some ideas:
Ground beef - 1 lb
1 tsp onion powder
1 can of cream of mushroom oup - with the can of water
rice (instant - follow the directions on the box)
Shape the ground beef into hamburger patties. Brown it on both sides in the skillet. Place in a pot. Mix together the can of water with the soup and onion powder and pour over the patties. Add enough water to just cover the patties. Bring to a boil, turn the heat down until it just simmers (a little bubbly in spots but not big bubbles) and cook for 40-45 minutes to tenderize the meat. Serve over the rice. Serve with either a salad or some kind of vegetable.
Meatloaf
Squish @ 2 pounds hamburger, 2 eggs, onion powder, 2 pieces of bread together.
Put in pan
Top with some Barbecue sauce (run a thick line down the middle of the meatloaf)
Bake at 350 for an hour to an hour and a half.
Macaroni and cheese and open a can of veggies like greeen beans or corn or open a bag of salad
ramen noodles!
It's hard to say without knowing what you have.
If you have spaghetti or noodles of any type and a jar of spaghetti sauce, that only involves boiling the noodles for 10 min, draining, and pouring the heated sauce on top.
You can scramble eggs, with cheese if you have grated Parmesan, or sprinkle with some salt or pepper or garlic powder or onion powder.
You can make sandwiches if you have all the fixings for it. Or open a can of tuna and mix it with mayo and a little mustard or relish or whatever, for tuna salad sandwiches.
Just look around.
Spaghetti and Meatballs...
In a sauce pan crush 6-8 Roma or other tomatoes through your fingers and add a 1/2 cup of water, a dash of oregano, 3 dashes of parsley, a couple of pinches of salt, pepper, garlic powder and bring to a boil over high heat, then cover, reduce heat to medium and simmer...Meanwhile...Preheat oven to 400 degrees...roll uncooked ground beef and 3 pinches of garlic powder, 3 pinches of salt and 3 pinches of pepper into balls, place in oven and bake. (20 Minutes total baking time for the meatballs)...5 minutes after placing meatballs in oven...Start boiling 6 cups of water in a large pot over high heat. Add a couple of pinches of salt to the water after the water begins to boil...place a package of spaghetti or fettuccine noodles in water and reduce heat to med-high, boil for 7-10 minutes...throw a piece against a wall and if it sticks the pasta is ready...remove meatballs from oven and place in sauce, drain pasta through a colander, add sauce, meatballs and pasta together...yum.
Brown 1 lb. ground beef along with a small minced onion and a couple cloves of minced garlic. Season with salt and fresh cracked pepper. Add a can of diced tomatoes, and simmer until the liquid from the tomatoes is almost gone.
Meanwhile, cook 2 cups of raw elbow macaroni according to the package directions.
Add the cooked macaroni to the beef mixture and add a can of Campbells Cheddar Cheese soup. Simmer a few minutes, stirring frequently, until everthing is hot.
Tastes MUCH better and is more healthy than Hamburger Helper!
