That was my suggestion as well, a bottle of Italian Dressing. We soaks all our possums in it fer at least 48 hours ' 'fore we puts it o'er the spit far. Nice, tender an' juicy!

Dales seasonings a chopped garlic clove and worchestershire sauce with a splash of soy, splash of A1, sprinkle in the coarsly ground steak seasonings with it.

I used Greek dressing and let it marinate for 2 days....I smell great when you grill it...

The best marinade for a rib-eye is Worcestershire, crab boil and liquid smoke or Stubs Beef Marinade. They both make a steak taste awesome.

The only time I would recommend marinating Ribeye steak is if you are doing a rib roast. When you marinate steak it breaks down the meat and you actually lose some of the taste of the beef. Steak on the grill is best with a dry rub. You can add worcester just before you grill.

This came out of the Foodnetwork.com site. I tried it, very good!
