How do you make banana bread?!

I just made this yesterday...it is so good and sooooo easy. You don't even need a mixer.
I sometimes add a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or chopped nuts. I think it's best with 4 bananas and if you bake it only 50-55 minutes (check to be sure you don't over-cook it). After it's cooled, wrap it in aluminum foil and it will be even moister the next day.
Banana Bread Recipe
3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 3/4 cup)
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
No need for a mixer for this recipe. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour last, mix. Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.
Banana Nut Bread
From Real Simple
1 box yellow cake mix
1 package Jell-O Instant Banana Cream Pudding & Pie Filling
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 ripe bananas, mashed
4 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix all the ingredients well. Pour into 2 large or 3 small greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° F for 40 to 45 minutes. (For those allergic to nuts, this recipe can be made without the pecans.)
Yield: Makes 2 large or 3 small loaves
Buy a box of Pilsburry banana bread mix and add a banana smashed up and walnuts.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.

BANANA-NUT BREAD
1 cup sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
2 eggs
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
2 tablespoons buttermilk mixed with 1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1.Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat sugar and butter in a large bowl with a mixer on medium high speed until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Beat in the eggs, mashed bananas, nuts and buttermilk mixture. Add flour and salt, mixing just until combined. Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch loaf pan, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
2.Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, about 1 hour; cool in pan on wire rack about 15 minutes.
Also you can purchase banana bread in a box. Look in the baking section. Works great and really simple.
a very quick easy recipe
Banana Bread
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups mashed bananas (make sure they are over ripe, the blacker the skins the better)
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 cups Bisquick mix
1 cup sugar
grease or spray two loaf pans, to mix ingredients use a food processor or mix by hand.
Mix dry ingredients first then add bananas and add other ingredients mix well.
Pour equal amounts in each loaf pan and bake at 350 degree for 55 to 65 mins. Cool in pan until bottom of pan is cool to the touch then remove the bread from the pan and cool on a cooling rack
