Foodsaver vacume searler,?!

Question: What do you use yours for? Maps and spark plugs for the boat, meals and portions of soup for the collage kids, bulk foods of all sorts. Could you list some of your favorite uses?

I use mine mostly for foodstuffs.
However, it's great for sealing handcrafted jewelry items in before transporting them to the bazaars or shipping across country.
Vacuum sealed kids corsages and boutineers from formal dances or special dates.
Great way to keep a plant/flower specimen in tact, too if you can't get to the library or extension office to identify it quickly.
I have used it when we were moving to put the screws, bolts, etc. from items that had to be dismantled in a bag and kept them together easily.

I buy food (especially meats) in the bulk it's a great way to save money, also for leftovers, when the kids go camping, I do meals in bags then all they do is put it into boiling water, so many ways to use it, it has more than paid for itself.........

I use mine for Virginia Ham, Turkey, Chicken, Beef, Pork, Lamb, Stews. Cabbage Rolls, Meat Balls, Pasta sauce and Seafood. Can't think of anything else at present.

I buy big containers of coffee from Sam's Club. Then, I vacuum seal small bags...enough to use for 1 week, so it is always fresh.
