I had chicken with my dinner this evening. What I did was put salt, pepper, and garlic on it and put it in a glass baking dish. Meanwhile I preheated the oven to about 350. And I baked the chicken while fixing my vegetables and mashed potatoes. The chicken needed only about 45 minutes at most to bake, and it was quite tender.

Another thing you can try is marinating your chicken in something like soy and barbeque sauces mixed with a little water for an hour or so before you bake, or cook. That will make the chicken very tasty and moist.

Good luck!

Bake them on a sheet pan at 350 F. I would brown them in a frying pan first. Use a little oil. Bake them about 10- 25 minutes depending on the size.

Don't cook at such a high temperature. - in the oven.

Cook over a medium heat and turn often. Wings and legs will cook faster than the breast, so take them out first.

Or, better yet, bake them. 30 - 45 minutes ought to do it. Be sure to use some type of sauce (soy sauce, bbq, or something) so they don't dry out.

I would partially boil them in water, for about 5-7 minutes at boiling. Then drain and decide how you want to cook them. If you are baking, you can roll in your breading and put in a pan at 350 F for about 20-30 minutes. If you are frying you can bread them and then put them in a skillet of oil at med-high temperature. Cook until you see blood cook up, then you can turn them over and cook the other side. I personally like the baking in the oven because it is less fat.

I like to boil them for 30 minutes, cool and freeze them. The come out of the freezer, thaw, and are extremely tender and break apart wonderfully.
