Question: Anyone have any easy potato recipes... preferablly using cheese, cream of mushroom and obviously potatoes. But any recipes will help!

CHEESE BAKED POTATOES

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 med. baking potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix together soup and pepper. Set aside in greased baking dish arrange potatoes in over lapping rows. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour soup mixture over cheese and potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes uncover. Bake 10 more minutes.

Hash Brown Casserole Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup sour cream with chives
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
24 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
PREPARATION:
Mix soup, milk, sour cream, onion, green pepper, salt, and pepper; stir in potatoes. Pour into an ungreased 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
Serves 6.

no offense, but I don't find cream of mushrm soup and potatoes appealing.....but you asked for easy....I take about 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced, sprinkle a package of Good Seasons Ranch Salad dressing mix and toss with about 1/4 cup of canola or veg oil....place in a pan and roast at 400 degrees for about 45 to an hour. bon apetit.

Wash potatoes. Slice thin (about 1/4 inch) with skins on. Take a piece of foil (about 18") for each potato. Butter the foil, but not to the edges. Place potato slices on foil. Dab a few bits of butter on. Sprinkle onion flakes or chopped onion on. Sprinkle with salt. Roll edges of foil together to seal in a flat packet. Barbecue about 20 minutes turning halfway. Yummy!

1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. of milk
1 small bunch of green onions[chopped]
1 8oz sour cream
1 30 oz. bag of frozen hash browns
8 oz. cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and then put in a 9x 13 Pyrex bowl and cook on 375 degrees for 30 minutes, then remove from oven and spread grated cheddar cheese on top and cook for ten more minutes.

4 medium potatoes
1 tsp salt
2 to 3 Tbsp melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp fresh chopped herbs,e.g. parsley,chives,
4 Tbsp grated chedder cheese
1 1-2 Tbsp parmesan cheese

peel potatoes if the skin is tough,otherwise just scrub and rise
them. cut potatoes into thin slices,but not all the way through.
use a handle of a spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way. put potatoes in a butter baking dish. fan them slightly.
sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. sprinkle with herbs.
bake potatoes at 400 for about 45 minutes. remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses bake for another 10 minutes
until lightly brown,until cheeses are melted and potatoes are
soaf in side.

Monte Carlo Potato:

Bake Potatoes like you usually would.

After baking, take out the insides of the potato.

Put all of them in a bowl with bacon, chillots and black pepper.

Whip them all together with a mixer.

Put the potatoes back in and put mozzarella cheese on top . bake in the oven to melt the cheese.
