Do you have a recipe for shrimp ball or german cinnamon roll?!
Answers: i just cant find those recipes in my cookbook.
SHRIMP BALL
8 oz cream cheese
2 small cans shrimp (soak in saltwater 10 minutes)
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
1 tsp worcestershire
cocktail sauce
mix ingrediants and shape into ball.let set.pour cocktail sauce over.
GERMAN CINNAMON ROLL
1 pkg dry yeast
1 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp oil
2 cups flour
heat milk to very warm.add sugar,oil,and yeast.add all purpose flour.mix with spoon mixer or hands till soft dough.pour out on dough board,knead till you can handle dough.put into greased bowl.let rise till double.punch down.pinch of dough and roll into small balls.roll in sugar mixture.put in bundt pan.let rise till double. cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.pour icing over top.
SUGAR MIXTURE
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
butter
ICING
pwdered sugar
water
Asian Cheese Ball with Shrimp & Water Chestnuts
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 (4 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 lb shrimp, shelled and grilled
1 teaspoon cilantro, sliced thinly
1 teaspoon pickled ginger, sliced thin
2 tablespoons wasabi, to taste
1 cup toasted sesame seeds, divided
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, soy sauce, water chestnuts, shrimp, cilantro, ginger, and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
Gradually stir in wasabi paste until you reach the desired amount of spice.
Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
Remove the cheese mixture from the refrigerator, and shape into a ball.
Roll in the remaining sesame seeds to cover.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Shrimp Ball
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
2 tablespoons fresh minced onions
1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 (4 ounce) can shrimp, drained and rinsed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 (12 ounce) jar chili sauce
Mix all together except chili sauce and form into a ball.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cover with chili sauce when ready to serve.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
~SHRIMP BALL
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. horseradish
9 oz. cooked shrimp
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
Parsley, optional
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix all together and form ball. You may sprinkle ball with paprika or your favorite herb for added color and taste.
