What to make with chicken?!

Question: I am trying to think of something to cook for dinner tonight. I have a pack of boneless skinless chicken breasts. Any ideas? Last night I made lemon pepper chicken and mashed potatoes. I am a bit broke still since Christmas and am wanting some suggestions with items people normally have stocked (I don't want to have to go to the grocery store).

Preheat a skillet and when it`s heated add a vinegar based salad dressing to the pan and immediately add the chicken. The dressing will reduce and the chicken will be great. You can make a side of veggies, and rice,or if you have stuff to make a salad, serve it sliced over the top with some bread. You could also do them in foil packets in the oven. You take a breast and put it on top of the foil and add a few tbs.of pasta sauce,Italian seasoning and maybe some cheese if you have it.Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes.Make sure they are well sealed in the foil, then place them in a casserole dish or on a sheet pan before baking them. You could also, just saute them in a little hot oil until they are browned with seasoning of choice. You can make cream of chicken soup which is very easy. All you do is brown the breasts, then make a roux in the same pan, then add about two cups of milk, and let it thicken, cube the chicken up,add salt, pepper, add a bag of mixed veggies, add cubed chicken back to the pan let cook 10 more minutes.Hope I helped!!
